Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item you wish to return or exchange.
Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible items.
Pack Your Tea
Securely place the unopened tea canisters or pouches in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Get Refunded
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
